People infuriated by the navy's deed of changing olle course changed the olle course again. The site is now a battle ground between the people and navy. The navy is also suspected to have taken off people's protest board and olle course direction board. The angry people visited the naval field office in the morning of March 26 but could not see the navy personnel except for Samsung personel. Please refer to yesterday blog. The people also wrote in the Joongduk coast. The letters in the coast read, " Any person who destroys the Goorumbee(* the name of the rocky Joongduk coast) will get the Sea King's curse."

The Frontiers, one of the peace groups staying in the Gangjeong village, supporting the villagers struggle against naval base, gathered about 12 peace groups' banner designs and hung them near the villagers' tent and naval field office on March 26.
There was a Seogwipo city promoting walking-through-rape flowers event that continues by March 28 and many walking people and olle tourists saw the banners. There was also the marine unit from Pohang whose walking seemed to promote the naval base that the navy absurdly says compatible with the Peace Island. Three navy personnel with civilian costume were taking the photos. For what? Were they collecting the photos on activists? The Frontier members' job was great to gather walking people's attention. The Frontier members hung their own banner in the Joongduk coast. The banner says, "Goorumbee, Gaegoorumbee, and Sea in front of the Beom Island, how can people imagine that all you might be covered with cement?-We oppose the naval base construction."The Frontiers is planning to gather more banners from more organizations so that the banners will cover all the vilage and coast. See also the Life and Peace Fellowship site.

Translation of banner lettrers comes later.

The Pan-Island people's banner is not lonely any more with all the banners from the nationwide.

The maritime construction was continued even on Saturday (and today, Sunday, too) The Samsung personnel say that the navy and company would enter the dredging works from April after installing all the tetra pods and dirty-water-prevention webs in the sea.
According to one of them, the dredging works would be continued for two years.
