Dear friends, I am sending to more friends than my former email which I could not send you all for the time chasing. The time for the launch for and protest against the space war satellite at the Vandenberg Space Command, 1pm, May 5(California time) is coming soon! I just added the few thanks comments here in my former email. This time I am in hurry again. Sorry for it. The attachment was a little updated.

Great thanks to Mr. Sin, In Sig/ Daejeon, Korea/ Preparatory committee for the Reunification Public Party, as well, who uploaded the sign request email to the people’s discussion section of Hankyeoreh, one of the major newspapers in the South Korea and made by people’s power itself. He also forwarded the email to his many friends including the influential former politician and humaniteian medical doctorsin the South Korea for two days. Thanks very much.

서둘러 보냄을 죄송하게 생각합니다. 약간의 엎데이트가 있읍니다.

통일 대중당 창당을 준비하고 계시는 대전의 신 인식 선생님께 감사드립니다. 다음 카페와 한겨레 한토마에 서명 요청 이 메일을 포워드 해 주셨읍니다. 또한 전직 영향력 있는 정치인을 포함, 많은 친구분들과 인도주의 의사 협의회에도 포워드 해주셨읍니다.

일본의 마키코 사토와 영국의 린디스 퍼시(얼마전 영국내 미국기지 앞 시위 벌금 지불로 구속되었다와 최근 풀려난), 그리고 우주의 무기와 핵을 반대하는 글로벌 넷워크의 브루스 개그논의 따뜻한 격려에도 많은 감사를 보냅니다.

맥그리거가 5월 5일(캘리포니아 시각)체포될 경우 우리 한국인들은 이 소식을 민방에 퍼트릴 것입니다. 명단도 더 확산되리라 생각합니다.

2. Koreans' solidarity statement & Sign for Macgregor Eddy and May 5 vandenberg protest [한국인 밴던버그 시위 연대 선언및 서명)

Dear friends, it is sent to many Koreans and international friends.

It is a solidarity statement(in English and Korean) and sign(from May 1 to May 4) by about 186 Koreans and Korean residents in the foreign countries regarding Macgregor Eddy and her colleagues’ Vandenberg protest on May 05, 2009. She and her colleague would protest at 1pm on the day against the launch of the Star War satellite at the Vandenberg Space Command.

I am thankful to everyone who signed to it. Many students, workers and activists were enthusiastic to sign it. I especially thank to Mr. Kim, Sung-Hwan, representative of Samsung General Group Union and Mr. Joo, Byung-Joon, Chairman, Ohyun-ri Villiage People’s Committee against the Expansion of the Mugeon-ri Military Training Fields, who mobilized the signs among the workers and village people. I am also thankful to Ms. Kim, Chun-Hee, a Korean American, who forwarded this to her family and friends. Great thanks to Suziehaeng, Life and Peace Association, as well, for her forward to collegues. Finally my great thanks goes to Ms. Bang, Ae-Ja, Yebada Self-support Center for the Disabled, Pyeongtaek. I was very much moved by the Disabled who gathered at May 1 rally. They were very enthusiastic for sign despite their hands and mouth were not free. I believe there are huge Koreans who would strongly support Eddy and protest on May 5, only if they had been informed this sign movement.

We, all send Macgregor Eddy and her colleagues best warm wishes!

안녕하세요. 많은 한국인 친구들, 외국 친구들께 보냅니다.

2009 년 5 월 5 일, 맥그리거 에디와 그의 동료들의 시위 관련, 5월 1 일 부터 5월 4일까지 186명의 한국인 및 재외 교포로부터 받은 연대 선언문 (한국어, 영어 )및 서명(5월 1일 부터 4일까지 이루어짐)입니다. 그들은 밴던버그 우주 사령부의 우주 전쟁 발사 반대를 위해 5월 5일 1 시에 시위를 벌입니다.

밴던버그 시위 지지 연대 서명을 해주신 많은 분들께 감사드립니다. 많은 학생, 노동자, 활동가들께서 열성적으로 서명에 동참해 주셨읍니다. 동료들과 주민분들을 서명에 동원해 주셨던 삼성 일반 노조의 김 성환 위원장님과 무건리 주민 대책위의 주 병준 위원장님께 득히 감사드립니다.. 미국 뉴욕의 김천희 선생님께서도 자신의 가족들과 지인들께 포워드 해두셨읍니다. 동료들에게도 이 메일을 포워드해주신 생명 평화 결사 수지행님께도 감사하고요, 평택 에바다 자립 센터의 방애자 님께도 감사드립니다. 무엇보다 입과 손을 자유롭게 못 움직이시는 장애인분들께서 서명에 적극적이신 것에 큰 감동을 받았읍니다. 소식이 알려졌으면 더 많음 분들께서 서명했음을 믿습니다.
