Maritime Construction in the Joongduk Sea on March 1, 2011-No Jeju Naval Base

Despite villagers’ protest on the resumed naval base construction on Feb. 25, 2011, the initial construction of planting support parts in the Joongduk Sea to install a layer for prevention of dirty water during the later construction was continued on March. 1, 2011, after the weekend and Monday break. The Monday break was due to weather. The scene was taken on Tuesday, March 1, 2011.
