SEOUL, Feb. 21 (Yonhap) -- South Korea will significantly expand tax breaks for aerospace-related research and development (R&D) to bolster the country's competitiveness in this cutting edge sector, the government said Sunday.
The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology said the increased support is aimed at fueling growth for the building of rockets, satellites and other space-bound payloads. It can also help create more high-paying jobs, the ministry said.
