[Jeju Update] Strange excavations on cultural propereties

Excavation researches on cultural properties were going on Feb. 10, 2011. Two things were discovered on Feb. 10. At least two areas were found to be broadly flattened of more than necessary excavation (See the two videos below). In latter case of the video, the personnel in the Jeju Cultural Heritage Foundation was told that it was for making space for the members of the Jeju naval base business committee to pass through when there is a field explanation after hearing on the mid-term result of excavation researches on Feb. 15. But the space to be flattened was too broad just for it. The space was connected to a narrow path to coast, which brings suspicion that it is for broadening road in the future, for naval base construction. The suspicion is increased as one of the power shovels employed by the Jeju Cultural Heritage is what owned by one of the small percentage villagers in favor of naval base. The Jeju Cultural Heritage was told to have a hearing inside the naval base field office on Feb. 15, which infuriates the villagers.

2011년 2월 10일에도 문화재 발굴 조사는 진행되고 있었습니다. 두 가지 이상한 점이 발견되었습니다. 적어도 두 지역이 필요한 발굴 이상으로 넓은 지역에 평평해 진 것이 보입니다.(아래의 두 비디오를 보실 것) 후자의 비디오에서 제주 문화 유산 재단의 관계자들은 그 넓은 지역이 2월 15일 문화재 발굴 조사 설명회가 있을 때 해군 기지 사업단 관계자들이 발굴 조사 중간 결과 설명회 후에 현장 설명을 할 때 지나가게 하기 위한 것이라 합니다. 그러나 평평해진 공간은 단지 그것만이기엔 너무 넚었습니다. 그 공간은 해안의 좁은 길과 연결되어 있어 그것이 미래에 해군 기지 건설을 위해 길을 넓히게 위한 것이라는 의혹을 불러 일으킵니다. 그 의혹은 해군 기지에 찬성하는 적은 퍼센티지 주민들의 하나가 굴삭기중 하나의 소유라는 사실에서 더욱 의혹이 증폭됩니다. 제주 문화 유산 재단은 해군 기지 현장 사무소안에서 2월 15 일 설명회를 갖기로 했다는데 주민들을 분노케 하고 있습니다.
