Kwajalein atoll and the Reagan Test Site

Today March 3 I will be attend a vigil for peace in near Lompoc California
at the front gate of Vandenberg Air Force Base. Vandenberg launches ICMB
Minuteman III thermonuclear warhead delivery system tests to the Ronald Reagan
Test Site in the Kwajalein atoll in the Marshall Islands. It also launches
"Star Wars" Interceptors to connect with incoming targets launched from
Kwajalein atoll.
Today we will be arrested (detained and cited and released) for violating a
lifetime ban and bar order that the base has against me [...]
