Three Detained Unification Activists have the First Trial on July 17

The three, Lee Kyu-Jae, Lee Kyeong-Won, Choi Eun-A of the six detained unification activists from the Pan-Korean Alliance for Reunification(PKAR), South Korean branch, have the first trial on July 17, 2009 at the Seoul Central Distict Court.

The six were falsely charged of the National Security Law for their aspiration of the Korean reunification and arrested on May 7, 2009.

* Sending email in English became possible for the 3 detained in the Seoul Detention Center, Seoul. The detained can only see the sent email and can not reply thru email. But the exchange between the sender and receiver is possible by mailing. Mailing is preferred than E-mail.
