A much suspected small fishing ship1_no Jeju naval base construction

As the wind was very strong on April 4, there were no barge ships in the Joongduk Sea. Still a small fishing ship was shown to rapidly run within the planned construction sea area in the morning. The ship was suspected to help construction and to install something construction marks inside sea water. (video taken on April 4, 2011)
