The Samsung company who is in charge of harbor and bay construction attempted to removed people’s banners and barricades along the coast twice, mobilizing about 10 civilian-costume policemen on April 19. People resisted hard entering under, in front of the power shovels. Chairman of the villager’s committee against naval base chained himself onto a power shovel. After all the turmoil, the banners and barricades were recovered again by people. It is told that the navy and companies would mobilize the police unit within this week to remove all the people’s barricades. Some arrests are expected then..

Bishop Kang Woo-Il and a National assembly member visited Yang Yoon-Mo in jail. Yang met his 15th day hunger strike as of April 20.
