오바마 미국 행정부의 '2010핵태세검토보고서(NPR)' 발표에 대해 시민사회단체들이 대북 핵 선제공격 정책을 폐기할 것을 촉구했다.

평화와통일을여는사람들 등은 8일 낮, 서울 광화문 미 대사관 인근 KT빌딩 앞에서 기자회견을 열고 "미국의 NPR 내용은 '핵무기 또는 재래식 무기로 북한을 공격 또는 침공할 의사가 없다'고 공약한 9.19공동성명을 위반하고 '핵무기 없는 세계'를 지향한다고 하면서도 완전한 핵 군축에 나서지 않는다는 측면에서 위선적"이라고 우려했다.
